She personally supervises any activity - cooking class - excursion planned during the tour.
Chef Cripe was born in Italy and moved to the USA in 1990.
Since then she has cooked for major national restaurants and has also taught private cooking classes.
She speaks both English and Italian and is always available for any info regarding the tours.
Chef Cripe prides herself with offering tours and experiences that are very far away from tourist usual tours.
She allows time to relax and enjoy oneself on her carefully planned tours, as well as making sure that nobody misses all the important sites either artistic or food related.
